Genom att parkera ditt fordon p\u00e5 v\u00e5r parkering och\/eller betala parkeringsavgiften godk\u00e4nner du v\u00e5ra allm\u00e4nna villkor i sin helhet. Villkoren g\u00e4ller oavsett om betalning sker med kreditkort, webbplats eller annan angiven metod. Vi uppmanar dig att l\u00e4sa igenom hela dokumentet noggrant innan du parkerar, d\u00e5 det inneh\u00e5ller viktig information om betalning, platsanv\u00e4ndning, ansvar och kontaktv\u00e4gar.<\/p>\n<h3>1. Pris och betalning<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Parkeringsavgiften \u00e4r 40 kr per p\u00e5b\u00f6rjad kalenderdag.<\/li>\n<li>Betalning sker med kreditkort via appen p\u00e5 v\u00e5r webbplats <a href=\"https:\/\/www.apark.se\">www.apark.se<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li>Betalning m\u00e5ste ske i f\u00f6rskott f\u00f6r hela perioden.<\/li>\n<li>Vid f\u00f6rl\u00e4ngning av parkeringsperioden, betala ytterligare parkeringsavgift via appen p\u00e5 v\u00e5r webbplats <a href=\"https:\/\/www.apark.se\">www.apark.se<\/a>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>2. Utebliven betalning och kontrollavgift<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Vid utebliven betalning av parkeringsavgift eller vid olovlig parkering kan en <strong data-start=\"312\" data-end=\"340\">kontrollavgift p\u00e5 700 kr<\/strong> utf\u00e4rdas enligt <strong data-start=\"357\" data-end=\"415\">Lag (1984:318) om kontrollavgift vid olovlig parkering<\/strong>. Kontrollavgiften placeras p\u00e5 bilens framruta eller l\u00e4mnas till f\u00f6raren.<\/li>\n<li>Om fordonet fortsatt st\u00e5r felparkerat utan \u00e5tg\u00e4rd, kan ny kontrollavgift utf\u00e4rdas tidigast efter 24 timmar. Varje ny kontrollavgift dokumenteras med tidpunkt, plats och bildbevis.<\/li>\n<li>Vid utebliven betalning av utf\u00e4rdad kontrollavgift utg\u00e5r en avgift om <strong data-start=\"743\" data-end=\"788\">100 kr f\u00f6r skriftlig betalningsp\u00e5minnelse<\/strong>. \u00c4rendet kan d\u00e4refter \u00f6verl\u00e4mnas till <strong data-start=\"827\" data-end=\"838\">inkasso<\/strong>, vilket kan medf\u00f6ra ytterligare avgifter och betalningsanm\u00e4rkning.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>3. Parkering och plats<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Parkeringsplatsen \u00e4r bel\u00e4gen i M\u00e5by, M\u00e4rsta med adressen M\u00e5by 123.<\/li>\n<li>Parkeringen \u00e4r \u00f6ppen och tillg\u00e4nglig dygnet runt.<\/li>\n<li>Parkeringen \u00e4r obemannad.<\/li>\n<li>Parkeringen \u00e4r kamera\u00f6vervakad.<\/li>\n<li>Parkera endast inom det gr\u00f6na omr\u00e5det enligt instruktioner.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>4. Ingen f\u00f6rbokning &#8211; plats efter tillg\u00e5ng<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Parkeringen tar inga f\u00f6rbokningar.<\/li>\n<li>Parkeringsplatser efter tillg\u00e5ng.<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Om parkeringen \u00e4r betald men inga platser finns tillg\u00e4ngliga \u00e5terbetalar vi hela avgiften. By parking your vehicle in our parking lot and\/or paying the parking fee, you accept our general terms and conditions in their entirety. The terms and conditions apply regardless of whether payment is made via Swish, credit card, website or other specified method. We encourage you to read the entire document carefully before parking, as it contains important information about payment, space use, liability and contact methods.<\/p>\n<h3>1. Price and payment<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>The parking fee is 40 SEK per calendar day started.<\/li>\n<li>Payment is made with credit card with the app on our website www.apark.se.<\/li>\n<li>Payment must be made in advance for the entire period.<\/li>\n<li>When extending the parking period, pay via the app on our website www.apark.se.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>2. Missing payment and inspection fee<\/h3>\n<p>In the event of missing payment of the parking fee or in the event of illegal parking, a inspection fee of SEK 700 may be issued in accordance with the Act (1984:318) on inspection fees for illegal parking. The inspection fee is placed on the car&#8217;s windshield or given to the driver.<\/p>\n<p>If the vehicle continues to be parked incorrectly without action, a new inspection fee may be issued at the earliest after 24 hours. Each new inspection fee is documented with time, place and photo evidence.<\/p>\n<p>In the event of non-payment of an issued inspection fee, a fee of SEK 100 will be charged for a written payment reminder. The matter may then be handed over to debt collection, which may result in additional fees and payment notices.<\/p>\n<h3>3. Parking and space<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>The parking lot is located in M\u00e5by, M\u00e4rsta with the address M\u00e5by 123.<\/li>\n<li>The parking lot is open and accessible 24 hours a day.<\/li>\n<li>The parking lot is unmanned.<\/li>\n<li>The parking lot is camera-surveilled.<\/li>\n<li>Park only within the green area according to instructions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>4. No pre-booking &#8211; space after availability<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>The parking does not accept reservations.<\/li>\n<li>Parking spaces are available subject to availability.<\/li>\n<li>If the parking has been paid for but no spaces are available, we will issue a full refund.
